I should have taken the chance to date Matthew when I had it! Then again, I'm not into playing bongos, naked on the front porch- much. ;)

I just heard on "E!" that it was wonderful that Polanski won. Not because of the movie, but because he's Polanski. I'm paraphrasing,
but to say that it's wonderful that this child rapist won, says everything you need to know about Hollywood. And now they're laughing about it.
I can't believe it. They just said he redeemed himself tonight at the Academy Awards. He was the victim and the judge bamboozled him.
How do these people live with themselves?

Moore dismissed the jeers, telling reporters: "Don't report that there was split decision in the hall because five loud people booed."I hope he watches the replays because there were more boos than clapping.
Mostly there were liberals sitting on their hands afraid of the Dixi Chicks effect..Mike was too dumb to extrapolate the chick effect..the rest were not!

Roman, you've been going after one of those little golden guys for about thirty years. It's gotta frost you that you finally win the little sucker and you can't go to pick it up yourself because you'd get arrested. You've probably spent far longer on the lam than you would have at Chino or wherever....but I guess irresponsibility is its own punishment, sometimes.

WHAT!?! Are you serious?

"I'm not trying to be nitpicky, but I don't trust these Hollywood types to display the flag in a manner that they know is wrong just to make a statement." I take my former comment back -- it's not nitpicky when it comes to the proper display of the flag.

No, Johnny Mac's with Patty Smythe, the lead singer of the 80s pop band Scandal. As you can see at #1003, she's at least halfway attractive. Patti Smith, on the other hand, is not.

Yeah. A friend of mine met Matthew in Hollyweird at some director's party. They hit it off (she's in her 60s for the record) and thought he was adorable. She thinks he looks like a young Paul Newman. LOL! Anyway, she offered to set me up with him but I declined. What a fool I was!

Sounds familiar. She could seduce me and take away my innocence any day.

I'll get naked and play bongos for a chance with Matthew any day. (half kidding, not completely). LOL
That was so funny when that story broke.

My mistake.

Jon Voigt was wearing a flag pin. Does anybody know where his daughter stands on the war? She wasn't there tonight.

I take my former comment back -- it's not nitpicky when it comes to the proper display of the flag. I will give him benefit of the doubt that his intentions with the flag were honorable. Hanging a flag vertically that way is incorrect, but a very common goof. And just maybe, the flag was a one-sided print made to go horizontally that could not be displayed vertically with the blue on the left.
