Any word on new Marine casualties since the first two who have been shot or the others that have crashed? I have been reading on CNN and FOX that thier have been heavy Marine and other US casualties in recent fighting. Any information? -Mick

Some initial reports from the imbedb is uderstandly in error.
As an example the report about the Marine Scouts in their humvees being killed the other day proved to be false. Hang in there and we will keep all of the troups in our prayers.

Thank you for your prayers. I am a Christian, and I am praying for him. He and his buddies are amazing fighting men, the best trained on the planet. My biggest concern right now, besides the reports that Marines were ambushed and hit heavily in Nasiriya, is that it seems that we are getting seriously betrayed by Russians and who knows who else. I know my brother will do America proud. I just hope that America wakes up, gets the heck out of the UN, and identifies our real friends! -Mick

Dear Mick, please tell your brother we're praying for him. Over at the daily war thread:
FoxNews- 1st Marine - 3rd LAR - Rick levanthal: Firefight over. "There have been no Marine casualties. "Sustained barrage of firefire out into the desert." Dark. There were Iraqis in the desert. They fired on them. Their mission was successful. "These guys are professionals." Calm.

Rick Leventhal embedded for Fox is out front with the marines and he had live coverage of a nengagement but no casualties or real problems. The enemy was eliminated apparently.
Don't watch CNN....Ever!!

Mick, we're with you. However, for our troops' safety, we all must remember operational security (OPSEC). "Loose lips sink ships", etc.
Hang tough, guy.
