So the anti-US stance exhibited by some of our neighbors to the north is by no means universal. Somehow, the connection that to boo the US is to cheer on the regime of Saddam Hussein, never gets made by some of these very rabid anti-Bush types. To them I say, George W. Bush is defending you, whether you ask him to or not, and that has to be generating some heartburn if emotions ever cool enough to realize the situation.

There was a letter to the editor in today's Pacific Stars and Stripes from a Canadian in Ontario who said "I am completely disheartened by the shameful position our prime minister and government have taken".

We know some good guys are up there.

I am an American who recently was in Canada sorry to say it was a bad experiance I meet a number of times what i would call "ugley Canadians" i was therre for three weeks and at least once a day some leftist canadian would give me a rant about what he/she thought about america. If you go on vacation the last think you want some one getting in you face about. tired of leftist canadian anti americanism and in some cases anti-semitic b.s.. Rember if your gov't keeps hurting american interests there can be payback. American live with out Canada but i wonder what would happen to the Canadian econ if American went elswere? I spent 1,500$ US you can be sure i will go else ware on my next vacation
