No, they have eyewitnesses of two translators using small arms fire.
One soldier is missing, what that means I don't know. What I hope is that he followed them and they are now dead.

First of all, I'd want to know if he is an American soldier who is missing. If he's a Kuwaiti, it changes everything.
I'm not believing that an American soldier did this, no way, no how.

Further, the missing soldier was guarding munitions, some of which are missing. Speculation is that he was killed and his body hidden and grenades stolen.
