Protestors block ambulance
Personal witness | 03.21.2003 | Matt Braynard

Posted on 03/21/2003 11:23:37 AM PST by mbraynard

In Washington DC today at around 1:30 PM EST a group of protestors tried to block the intersection of 14th and K street NW – one of the busiest in the city. At the front of the group of cars that were obstructed was an ambulance with sirens on full volume. Fortunately, a group of police on bikes that double the number of protestors quickly emerged and pushed the protestors aside.

So this is what the protestors have resorted to – blocking ambulances at city intersections.

She's pretty tough, and has already heard tougher talk from her aunts and uncles. (You haven't met the rest of my family. I'm the moderate one.)

I saw these systems on the Learning Channel, sticky foam, stun rings, bean bag shot shells, paint gun balls filled with pepper spray dust, even a water cannon system that can inject pepper extract into the water stream. Can you imagine the effect if you sprayed it at their family jewels? Hint-don`t EVER eat hot peppers and then take a pee without first washing your hands! (wonder if that would work on women?)

There were SF police who were complaining because they had to babysit the protesters and could not break away to answer emergency calls.

"There were SF police who were complaining because they had to babysit the protesters and could not break away to answer emergency calls."

Not to mention the fact that with entire police forces tied up babysitting these babies cities are virtually unguarded against terrorist attack......which no doubt delights many of the protestors.

These maggots are opening themselves to civil suit at the very least, and criminal prosecution in most cases.

At the very least, every single one of these rats needs to get a conviction on its record, for "future reference" by employers, financial institutions, etc. etc. I'll be waiting to see if the criminal justice system will go after them once they've gone home and smoked a bunch of pot and forgotten all about it. There will be plenty of video camera evidence, and witnesses to corroborate it.

But here in Portland, the Communist mayor and her bootlicking sycophant of a police chief have refused to even condemn the "protestors"' actions. In fact, the police chief flatly stated that he intended to let them break the law, and Its Ugliness The Mayor refused to answer when asked if it intended to let the lawbreaking go on during the next day.

Having refused to enforce the law to preserve public safety, these Communist dirtbags now have **NO** moral ground from which to condemn *anyone* who takes the law into their own hands in an attempt to restore order...

That very fact was the subject of my Letter to the Editor of the SF Chronicle today. I used the latest talking points, "concerned" and "saddened", to see if I could get them to pay attention.

But ... I said exactly what you commented - while the police are distracted with this "peace" protest, it leaves the City of San Francisco vulnerable to terrorist attacks.

In answer to your question concerning pepper spray & fire hoses yes you can but it would be impractical to use a fire engine as a pepper spray apparatus .

It's time to quit coddling the trust-fund brats. If they prevent people from getting to work or cause any damage, then they need to be arrested and their mommies and daddies can come pay the fines to reimburse the taxpayers for the damages. Of course if any of these rioters are on welfare, that should be permanently cut off. Doubtful any of the rioters has ever held down a job or paid their own bills.
