look at it from their perspective. Their economy is in the toilet. They're led by semi-dictators. They reside in 3rd World conditions. Should they blame themselves and try to better their own country and people???
NAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWW.
Easier and more fun to blame "Yankquees."

Another photo of American compassion found on Diogenesis' thread:
Medics from 40 Commando, British Royal Marines, treat an injured Iraqi after taking the Al-Faw Peninsula, a site of important oil installations in southern Iraq, Friday, March 21, 2003, in this photograph taken through infrared Night Vision equipment. Allied troops were advancing through the deserts of southern Iraq Friday, meeting resistance from Iraqi forces in some areas and soldiers surrendering in others.

I was watching this live on Chilean television and the pictures don't do justice to the bombs as they appear on TV, and certainly the way they appear on TV is probably only a fraction of what they were like in situ.
truly a pretty impressive spectacle, but *STILL* not the 3000 bombs at once that were originally planned, maybe only a few hundred...

It's a shame the US is being forced to use this level of destructive power. As it was a shame that the rest of the world could not muster the guts to take any real action against a terrorist dictator.
