March 21, 2003 -- WASHINGTON - Chief U.N. weapons inspector Hans Blix yesterday said Iraq violated its agreement with the United Nations if the missiles it fired at American troops were Scuds.

"I'm very interested to know whether they used Scuds," Blix said in an interview with the Fox News Channel. "If they're firing [Scuds], of course that shows that there's a violation," he said.

" 'If they're firing [Scuds], of course that shows that there's a violation,' he said."

Like the al Samoud missiles which you ordered Saddam to destroy, Blixie? Nothing's changed. Blixie Boy still can't use the words 'material breach'. WHY does anyone bother intervieweing that slimeball?

what makes scuds illegal...

I was under the impression that under the terms of the '91 cease-fire, all Scuds had to go, as a general principal.

Probably his last check from his cash cow, the Saddomite, bounced after the Tomahawking.

The French, Germans and Blix have made fortunes taking money from their favorite cash cow, the Saddomite. Those days are now over.

Bliz has helped GW to make the UN very irrelevant. He will not have a job after this is over. Maybe the new Iraqi government will find the WMD's he and his bunglers overlooked, and arrest Bliz and his crew for war crimes. Then they can try Bliz, Scottie the pervert and others and hang them for war crimes.

Is there PROOF that they used SCUDS? I pray that there IS undeniable proof but I haven't been able to find anything that suggests that. If any of you could direct me to that information I would really be grateful.

Yeah, so?
Point being?

France IS a whore-house.
So is the UN.

My personal fave quotes:
"I could not guarantee that we would come to clear conclusions even after some months more," he said.

Blix also said he doubted Iraq would use chemical or biological weapons against U.S. troops - even if it had them.

"If they were to use chemicals or any prohibited weapon, then the whole world opinion, I think, would turn against them immediately," he said.

Sounds like he sniffed the political winds and didn't like what it smelled like.

Nothing like a war with an outlaw nation to prove that they were stockpiling illegal weapons for later use.

UN inspections failure BUMP!

"Point being? "

Ah, I guess you haven't seen the movie "Best Little Whorehouse in Texas". In it, the "villian", played by Dom Deluise, is a television "journalist" who crusades to get the "Chicken Ranch" (whorehouse) shut down.

Said journalist purported to be "...shocked, I tell you shocked" to find that there was a whorehouse in Texas.

But I "do" agree with your comparing France and the UN to whore-houses (although whores are more honest--at least you get SOMETHING for your money--that not being the case with France and the UN).

Dom Deluise...
*Chuckle.* Yeah, I remember now.
Been years since I saw it, actually.

Thanks for the reminder.
It's been a fun day here, I don't need to get into it.

Once again, thanks for the refresher there.
