Can I have the poster girl instead? :-D Should we ask Admin Moderator to make Poster Girl a separate thread? If he posted it in Breaking, it might get 5000 replies by itself. :-)

I wouldn't be so overconfident. We have encountered opposition in S. Iraq, Basrah is encircled but we are not yet completely inside. We haven't seen the level of mass surrenders that some predicted. Still have resistance in the north. Note that we haven't heard that much from embedded reporters in awhile. And the real strength is in Baghdad. Whose to say that Saddam's strategy was to operate the Republican Guard in cells, since they knew the US would likely soon take out their C & C and monitor communications. A "hold your fire until you see the whites of their eyes" strategy is certainly possible, as is a final "Spectacular Suicide" once US forces are drawn in and about to overrun the city. If Saddam or his henchmen are going down with certain death, a vindictive strike on civilians that Al Jazzera could try and blame on the US is tempting bitter revenge.
It depends. It depends on how many of them are willing to die for Saddam. I'm guessing not too many.

So how come the TV networks have no video? Is it cause they were all kicked out earlier? CNN says explosion heard on it's banner and are talking to someone in North Iraq.

LOL, love the tagline. Moose are really big. They make about 10 MPH at a casual walk. Hit 'em with your car? You die. These are not merely "big deer," but in their own class, just shy of elephant. You mystical critter you.
