Time for us to give the french a taste of their own infantilism - "non, vee refuse to even look at it, vee simply veto..." to whatever the UN ever does, ever. Just veto everything.

NO ONE who had anything to do with that program during the last 12 years should have anything more to do with it. Hussein has been rationing food to the people of Iraq so that he could use most of that money to build more weapons and palaces. If they were so sloppy before, why should we trust any of them now?

This jerk and his comrades are irrelevant. Let them shuffle their papers around in NYC and leave the work to us.

The little red hen story revisited. They want the $$$ and we do the work and pay out the $$$ to take care of the newly freed Iraqui people.

To the victor belong the spoils. We get to choose who is going to assist us in setting up a democratic government in Iraq. I'll bet that GB and a few of the other countries that were on our side will be the policy makers.

Such a shallow and cynical view.

Were it not for the UN, and its completely corrupt activities regarding the sanctions it imposed on Iraq, we would not have had the 911 experience.

The UN is dusted, and all those who worship at the alter of the superiority of third world despots better wake up to "the new world order".

MOAB them, if they have a problem with the truth! We are done with suicidal PC crap!

Tell that to the peace lovers who think the US is responsible for this war.

It's the UN's failures that made this war necessary.

Did you notice GWB has already pledged 661,000 tons of wheat and rice to Iraqis? Saw it on the ABC ticker starting about an hour ago. Pretty fast for an old cowpoke. Old Kofi just got outwitted.

When the regime change is complete Iraq will join the family of free nations. Free trade does not need the participation of professional parasites like Anan.

Wall St. Journal listed the UN took a 2% admin. fee from
the 10 billion annual program...it was their largest source
of income. Without it they'd be out of business.

to give it to the terrible french and the greedy russians.

why is the world worker's party running the UN, too? I mean one of the two political parties in the most powerful nation on earth wasn't enough for these people.

ugh!!!
