It's either nonsense, disinformation, or yet another clintonoid leak from the CIA. Take your pick.

an interesting possibility. i looked more closely at the saddam video this evening, and the guy was breathing too slowly -- either drugged to the gills or terribly wounded or both. this would make it more likely that others decide to freelance.
and if i'm right, who knows? we may soon being chanting a little ditty: saddam had 'em.

And ABC just apologized for leaking military info. How are we going to win this thing if the enemy finds out we're negotiating their surrender?

FNC is reporting that there ahve been several "huge" explosions in Basra, a reporter who can see the city they've had a live shot of B-52H getting ready to leave England and they've got a graphic that says the drive to Baghdad has begun.

Is it just me or is this the slowest damned war ever. I thought by now shock and awe would be on the tube shocking and awing all of us. This war is pretty disappointing tv wise. Dont flame and lecture me,yeah, I don't want people killed, yadda yadda.

We've got to give the Iraqi division commanders time to surrender. Shock and Awe too fast and they'll all be dead before they can wave the white flag...
