What song should the Air Cav play as they storm Baghdad?

Remember the scene in "Apocalypse Now" where the Air Cav attacks the Vietcong village, and "Ride of the Valkyries" is blaring from a speaker on the lead copter? I was wondering what songs would be apropos for this war? Any good ideas? I thought a good one would be "The End" by The Doors.

Man, after seeing this thread, I've had Manowar on my mp3 player constantly.

"Violence and Bloodshed"

I was born with a gun in my hand
I'll die for my country, but I'll die like a man.

Violence and bloodshed
Violence and bloodshed
Violence and bloodshed!

Land of the Free
Home of the Brave
That's how it is
And that's how it stays!

Violence and bloodshed
Violence and bloodshed
Violence and bloodshed!

"Battle Hymn"

By moonlight - we ride
Ten thousand - side by side
With swords drawn - held high
Our whips and armor shine
Hail to thee - our infantry
Still brave - beyond the grave.

If you've got the time, try and get ahold of the mp3 for "An American Trilogy". Even if you're not into metal (or rock 'n roll) I think you'll have a hard time getting through that song without a tear coming to your eye.

Also before the start

The Battle Of Evermore by Led Zeppelin

(I do love Zeppelin)

Queen of Light took her bow
And then she turned to go,
The Prince of Peace embraced the gloom
And walked the night alone.
Oh, dance in the dark of night,
Sing to the morn - ing light.
The dark Lord rides in force tonight
And time will tell us all.
Oh, throw down your plow and hoe,
Rest not to lock your homes.
Side by side we wait the might
Of the darkest of them all.
I hear the horses' thunder
Down in the valley blow,
I'm waiting for the angels of Avalon,
Waiting for the eastern glow.
The apples of the valley hold,
The seas of happiness,
The ground is rich from tender care,
Repay, do not forget, no, no.
Oh,-------dance in the dark of night,
sing to the morning light.
The apples turn to brown and black, The tyrant's face is red.
Oh the war is common cry, Pick up you swords and fly.
The sky is filled with good and bad
That mortals never know.
Oh, well, the night is long, The beads of time pass slow,
Tired eyes on the sunrise, Waiting for the eastern glow.
The pain of war cannot exceed
The woe of aftermath,
The drums will shake the castle wall,
The ring wraiths ride in black, Ride on.
Sing as you raise your bow,
Shoot straighter than before.
No comfort has the fire at night
That lights the face so cold.
Oh dance in the dark of night,
Sing to the mornin' light.
The magic runes are writ in gold
To bring the balance back, Bring it back.
At last the sun is shining, The clouds of blue roll by,
With flames from the dragon of darkness
The sunlight blinds his eyes.

Then again, I'd hoped they'd open Gulf War I with Hawkwind's "Sword of the East."

Naturally! Then they can kick off the armor with "Rolling Down The Highway" and "Don't Get Yourself In Trouble."

Beethoven's "1812 Overture" and that Sousa march that they use for the Monty Python theme would be fun, too.
