Hubby did his stint in the AF on Okinawa during Nam. He worked A & E for the MACE Missile system at the Kadina airbase.

As far as I'm concerned, the only thing our returning troops need worry about is whether or not they can handle all the back-patting and free drinks & gourmet coffee they'll get when they come to MY neck of the woods

A man, (or woman) in uniform should not be allowed to pay for drinks, nor should the glass be allowed to be empty.

God bless America's fighting men and the women who support them. It is to those men we all owe our freedoms.

I am a Navy spouse & I have adopted this as my "cause", other than the obvious "Support Our Troops". I thank all of you who support my husband & my friends, and who will do everything in your power to make sure that they don't get the "Nam" rection when they come home!
I thank you & my 4 kids thank you!
THANK YOU!

"Anybody spit on a soldier around me and I'll go to jail for awhile..."

Only if you hand around after the fact. Just take your couple of shots and split. That's all it will take anyway.

I have plans to be part of the welcoming committe and will be looking for those communists slime. They can say what they want. But if anything that resembles an assault occurs, then I'm going to beat those commies like a red-headed step child.

Add a special discount to someplace like Universal or Disney.

A lot of these folks have little kids who would love a speical outing with a mom or dad hero!

We older Vets must let the left wing know that there will be zero tolerance to any miss treatment of our Vets and their families during and after this removal of Saddam.

It will be the same attitude about not allowing someone with a box cutter to take over an airliner to make it a guided cruise missile.

Our flags are up. I have a big Yellow Ribbon to put around the Oak Tree in our front yard when this officially starts. That ribbon will stay up until this is over, and most of our people are home again. Some type of signs will be put up, honoring our service people.

I have sent this article to all the shallow @ssholes who pull the "I don't support this war but I support the troops" crap. Keep it to yourself, it only makes you look foolish.
God Bless our troops and the Iraqi people.
I will be in Lansing on Saturday!!!!!

That is right, sir! I got a red, white and blue pin on with a gold star. Got that on the 2nd anniversary of 9/11. Will wear it everyday for the Troops.

Got my Support the Troops sign on my car window and I got my official Presidentalprayerteam Logo as well. :)

Ready to ROLL!

Good point re our lapel pins. I will be finding ours to insure that my wife and I have them ready to go each morning. I won't have to look far for one, I wore it Saturday night and Sunday at Church.

Be discreet. Don't let anybody see you.

Regards and thank you and all other servicemen for your devotion to duty and love of country. Rest assured that most of us here appreciate what you are doing, and the bed-wetting loud-mouthed leftists derive their noteriety only through an equally leftist doting news media.

Good hunting,
