Daschle just signed his own political death certificate. Come next year, every nobody in South Dakota is going to be able to throw this in his face and make him look like the ultimate traitor. Including other RATS.

Shame on SD for harboring this UN-American.
IMHO he represents SD about as good as Ted Kennedy represents Texas.

I think someone should take out a full-page ad in S.D.s biggest newspaper quoting this tirade and thanking the dear people for "gifting" us with this marvelous man.

This would be the TV owned by the unbiased, even right wing media? You've got about as much chance of that happening as little tommy dasshole growing 24 inches.

It is deplorable that he cannot even give luke warm support to the Commander in Chief and the many brave men and women who will fight this war --particularly the many from South Dakota. The good people of South Dakota I hope will remember these comments in 2004, especially the veterans.

"Saddened that this president failed so miserably at diplomacy that we're now forced to war. Saddened that we have to give up one life because this president couldn't create the kind of diplomatic effort that was so critical for our country. But we will work, and we will do all we can to get through this crisis like we've gotten through so many." Yes, little tommy, I too am saddened at clinton's failed foreign policy.

I'm sorry about the language, people, but I find Daschle's statement of today further proof that the man is a small, contemptable little c#*ksu^@er.
Our men and women stand at the cusp of battle, and this vile little man chooses to blame the President instead of calling Hussein to account.
I'm sorry, folks, but this guy belongs on the business end of a "drop the soap" competition.
Be Seeing You,
Chris
