I guess it was their 1-7 road record in the SEC that convinced the poohbahs to let them in. /sarcasm

Stanford will have its hands full with San Diego.

No doubt. I was just messing around in my previous post ....being a Pac-10 homer and all :)

My alma mater (UCLA) is a freakin' (bad) joke these days. Well, at least I still have memories of when the Wizard of Westwood was the undisupted king of the hoops world.

Brad Holland is hands down the best coach in the WCC. Mark Few basically inherited a great program at Gonzaga.

My Utah Runnin' Utes are a 9 seed playing Oregon. The Mountain West got shafted, IMO.

I'm a little nervous about this one. Oregon is on a roll and we've lost three of our final six games. And if we dont have our senoir forward Britton Johnsen back, we're in real trouble.

Ahhh....ya gotta love March Madness!

GO UTES!!!!!

Yeah...we should get torches and pitchforks, and storm the residence of the chairman of the selection committee....Kentucky in the Midwest? Someone on the committee wasn't ready for the deep end of the pool....

UNC Wilmington over Maryland will only be a shocker to those that haven't been paying attention. Maryland is a team that will play to the level of their competition at inopportune times and has been playing over their heads all year. I was not surprised at all that Carolina whooped up on them after losing three weeks earlier to the Terps by 40 points. UNCW has an extremely good team. Also, it appears that Holden and Randle have apparently decided to take the rest of the year off...

"Watch out, 13 seeds can be tricky..."

It's the 5-12 games that will make or break your brackets.
