Go organize your sock drawer, or something. Thanks so much for clarifying this. I really do appreciate the *warm* nature of FReepers who bothered to explain this to me.
To: hole_n_one
My guess is they put AZ and KY on the same side as a tradeoff to the Big 12 for leaving out TX Tech. Now OU(east) and Texas(south) can both make the final four, and maybe also kansas(west).

I explained the answer
here. Thanks, AM

Is this a good time for me to beg for a little mercy?!
To: Diddle E. Squat
Better than begging for a little Marcie. But that is why Scott Ridder could never be a freeper. Thanks, AM

The West is totally overstocked. The South is understocked.

LOL

So who should've gone in ahead of them, TX Tech? TT was playing much better at the end of the year. UA lost to Vandy twice including the first round of the SEC tourney. TT whipped Texas on Friday.

Maybe David Stern was a secret consultant this year?

Apparently the "how did you do late in the season" factor, that was said to be such a determination in past years, didn't materialize this year. Memphis, for example, fell to a 7th seed despite winning 11 in a row prior to their narrow loss to Louisville, a 4th seed.
To: hole_n_one
I was very disappointed that you didn't come up with a screen shot
of that thread for that thread.
You left me hanging.
Thanks, AM
To: MrFred
No, Big Ten gets penalized because it was lousy.
To: Mr. Mojo
That would mean an all PAC10 Final Four.....
ROTFLMAO!
