how the heck is illinois only a 4 seed? bigten gets penalized because it is good from top to bottom and teams beat each other up.

The modgods were kinda hacked at all the dixie chicks threads so they made an official thread.
So I thought I'd follow their lead.
But usually the early sunday evening mods seem to yank every thread into chat, so this one'll probably sink like a rock.

Big 10 is 14-40 against top 25 teams this year. They are incredibly mediocre (I'm being kind here)...though I do agree Illinois should be seeded higher.

How the heck did Alabama even get in? After that late-season collapse, ending with getting owned by Vanderbilt in the SEC tourney, they do NOT deserve to be in the NCAAs.

Well since I haven't followed a second of college basketball this year, I'm gonna have to pick my bracket using the political method. Gonna be tough for VT, with Jeffords and Leahy, and McCain has been pretty good on the war lately...
