Bill 'The Evil One' Clinton could have killed 50 old ladies on the steps of the capital and it would have been ok. What a shame, what a shame.

And, of course, as usual, no Republican, NOT ONE, ever called his hand! Republican strategy dealing with liars and Dems. spewing hate speech has been non-effective.

C'mon, you destroy our credibility as intelligent conservatives when you publish this garbage. Same with the Vince Foster "murder" conspiracy. Pure garbage, just because you hate the guy, you don't have to stoop this low!

This is just horrifying--but unfortunately to the same old population of Clinton lovers, no matter what secrets surface he will always be the greatest president. The Clintons are like a cancer, and it scares me to death.

Clinton will be remembered as a playboy who spent most of his time standing around with his pants at half mast.

It was a dark period for our nation and it has left us unprepared for the current challenges. The clinton administration opened the door for the enemies of the world to attack. His supporters still give him standing ovations, in between the pro Saddam rallies.

The book crosses a line that no other military aide ever crossed before in condemning his former commander in chief.

Y'know, I REALLY hate that line, and I find it is being used repeatedly by reviewers. That's either because the publisher's liner notes use it (doubtful) or because it's a sneering way for a reviewer to impugn the author in an implied way.

My response would be: "The book records an eyewitness account of a president who crossed lines no other president has ever crossed in compromising national security, lying in court, using the full resources of the government ot attack and impugn enemies...." (could go on, fingers are tired).

Of course Clinton's political lying and vote pandering was no secret to anybody who followed news reports regularly.

Douglas Oliver apparently doesn't work with an editor. This should have been:
Of course, Clinton's habit of political lying and vote pandering was no secret to anybody who followed news reports regularly.

Amazing, because tying the "for the children" focus was so terribly crude, and so outrageously bold, that it worked time and time again to win votes.

Same for the sentence above with the plague of commas: Amazing, because tying the "for the children" focus was so terribly crude and so outrageously bold that it worked time and time again to win votes.

Clinton lied???? I am so shocked! Just shocked I tell you!

God protect this man from the reaches of Arkancide and bless him for his boldness and let his message be widely heard.

Bill Clinton could take any issue, and tie it to the concerns of working families with children. Take any issue, and add in the magic words, " for the children." Lying was just second nature to him. His lies were so smooth, so carefully crafted, and so "larger-than-life."

Haha, this stuff will have the Democrats sighing in reminiscence of the good old days. Man, they're kicking over rocks to find more liars like Clinton to run for office. Lying (smooooothly!) is the very key to Democrat Party success.

If the nuclear codes were missing, it wasn't because Clinton "lost" them, it was because he SOLD and, probably, to the Chinese.

MAY HIS IDIOT MOUTH AND BANKRUPT 'VALUES' CAUSE

ALL HIS SUBATOMIC PARTICLES TO

uhhhhh

dissassociate each to a different galactic cluster

at the earliest will and convenience of God Almighty.

May God then cleanse each such galactic cluster of said pollution in a purifying act of extinguishing each said particle from any kind of existence whatsoever.

May there be no residue, nor memory that anything associated with said person ever existed.

If it at all pleases The Lord and by His hand, of course.

What a hideous excuse for a creature, much more so a creature made in God's image. God must cringe and wince at the whole idea.

At least, Lord, PLEASE remove him from the public stage ASAP!!!

Failing that, every time he opens his mouth, let no sound come out--only a cloud of flies.

If he must be allowed to speak, let his words make less sense and be harder to hear phonetically than a person with an IQ of a slug.

If we have to endure more seemingly coherent sentences from his farting out the top--then, PLEASE, let each sentence make abundantly clear that his ONLY value is his own arrogance and aggrandizement at the cost of everyone and everything else.

Let every word he utters cause disgust and revulsion to multiply geometrically in the ears, hearts and minds of all his listeners--especially in his former supporters.

Let every where he walks on the street people spit in his direction and make sounds of vomitting.

Let every group he finds himself in front of begin to disperse the minute he stands up or opens his mouth.

Let every TV camera begin to dysfunction and break down if it lingers on his mug longer than 2 microseconds.

Let him have explosive diarrhea the minute he stands to give a speech and be unable to even leave the stage before losing it all right then and there.

Let college students particularly throw verbal assualts of great truth and insult to him whenever he gets within earshot of any of them.

Let working class people throw cigarette buts, spit wads, used snuff spittle, used socks and used handkerchiefs at him whenever he gets within 15 feet of them.

May his secret service detail save their worst farts for his and her unroyal lowness; her hideous heinous--Bwitch Shrillary's presence.

May he be introduced as Bennedict Arnold and she as Mrs Bennedict Arnold routinely.

May the CNO and every Carrier Captain send them monthly invitations for a Court Marshal and keel-hauling under the biggest carrier--uniquely fore to aft--their 'honor.'

wow, what a nightmare. Guess I should watch better what I eat before bedtime.

Now if I can get my fingers out of my cheek.

From the source, THIS is the part that makes me the most sick:

THE WHITE HOUSE SITUATION ROOM was buzzing. It was fall 1998 and the National Security Council (NSC) and the “intelligence community” were tracking the whereabouts of Osama bin Laden, the shadowy mastermind of terrorist attacks on American targets overseas. “They’ve successfully triangulated his location,” yelled a “Sit Room” watch stander. “We’ve got him.”

Beneath the West Wing of the White House, behind a vaulted steel door, the Sit Room staff sprang into action. The watch officer notified National Security Advisor Sandy Berger, “Sir, we’ve located bin Laden. We have a two-hour window to strike.”

Characteristic of the Clinton administration, the weapons of choice would be Tomahawk missiles. No clandestine “snatch” by our Special Operations Forces. No penetrating bombers or high-speed fighter aircraft flown by our Air Force and Navy forces. No risk of losing American lives.

Berger ambled down the stairwell and entered the Sit Room. He picked up the phone at one of the busy controller consoles and called the president. Amazingly, President Clinton was not available. Berger tried again and again. Bin Laden was within striking distance. The window of opportunity was closing fast. The plan of attack was set and the Tomahawk crews were ready. For about an hour Berger couldn’t get the commander in chief on the line. Though the president was always accompanied by military aides and the Secret Service, he was somehow unavailable. Berger stalked the Sit Room, anxious and impatient.

Finally, the president accepted Berger’s call. There was discussion, there were pauses—and no decision. The president wanted to talk with his secretaries of defense and state. He wanted to study the issue further. Berger was forced to wait. The clock was ticking. The president eventually called back. He was still indecisive. He wanted more discussion. Berger alternated between phone calls and watching the clock.

The NSC watch officer was convinced we had the right target. The intelligence sources were conclusive. The president, however, wanted a guaranteed hit or nothing at all. This time, it was nothing at all. We didn’t pull the trigger. We “studied” the issue until it was too late—the window of opportunity closed. Al-Qaeda’s spiritual and organizational leader slipped through the noose.

Wrong to speak in the past tense. "Lying IS just second nature to him. His lies ARE so smooth, so carefully crafted, and so "larger-than-life."

I just wonder why this guy waited so long to put forth the truth about the IMPEACHED ex-42. Shame on him, we could have been spared the disastrous second term.

The silver lining, however, is GWB. He is THE man for such a time as this. IF Dole had won in '96, Bush would NOT be President now.
