Ooops, should have been a < /sarcasm > after the moon comment.
My point was that P&G is probably already selling those items to DoD and it was unrealistic to expect them to give it away.
I suspect our armed forces have everything they need, logistics may sometimes fail to get everything needed into the right hands. Civilians sending goods through APO boxes fullfills a need for a back door supply line.
