What I would pay to see the Secret Service throw that old pus-bag in front of rush-hour traffic!

Saw it! Good.

Troll: "Why is the President going through the charade of diplomacy?"
Ari: "Helen, 'charade' is a French word..."
followed by much laughter and a slightly embarrassed Helen.
Unfortunately Fox cut off the clip too soon, she actually had to stew in it for a bit.

The Hag asked something like, "Why is the President going through the charade of consulting the UN when he fully intends to go to war anyway?'
Ari: "Well, Helen, when you use a word like 'charade,' which I believe has French roots..."

Thanks, that was more accurate than my hasty paraphrase. Good job.

Not correcting you, just posting at the same exact time. <|:)~
I wonder if The Troll still enjoys her seating/first question privileges. I hope not.

I consider myself rather glib and fast thinking but the thought of a one on one debate with Ari, Michael Chertoff or William F. Buckley would make my shorts wilt. These guys have absolutely amazing minds and tongues!

Merci, kind sir, for the link.
For any others wanting to skip the preliminaries, the Helen Thomas part comes a little bit after about 8 min. 30 seconds.
