[history]
A major worry among U.S. officials is that the upcoming test, which would be the third in recent weeks, will be a second flight test of its new long-range Taepo-Dong 2 ballistic missile, which was flight-tested for the first time in August 1998.

Jong should give up on the surgery and try being a smart dong.

Confucious say being smart dong better than having long dong.

When the N. Koreans are testing their Long Dong missiles we should be testing our anti-missile missiles.

This seems to be an attempt by crew cut sporting Kim to get American attention by actually fielding a missile capable of striking our heartland with a nuclear warhead.
The only reason the last Tae-po-Dong ( Long dong) missile test failed in 1998 was a solid fuel third stage failed to ignite.
If this missile test is successful, and the missile is declared operational, we have a clear and present immediate threat to our country. Crazy North Korea can field a launch platform that can hit any city in the US, just like they claim.
What will our response be? The silence is deafening.

Pre-emptive nuclear attack sounds good right now.
They can't invade s korea if they're all dead.

Station some Tico's in the area and try to shoot it down. That should provide some entertainment.

I agree that something pre-emptive has to be done. This is getting out of hand really quick, and it will escalate exponentially if the missile does work well.
