Just waiting on that moonless night. Don't believe that. We'll go in with a full-as-all-get-out moon, just to pi** 'em off and show that we can.

No need for overflights while bombs are falling."Here come the planes...
They're American planes,
Made in America.
Smoking?
Or non-smoking..."

FYI, Yesterday, MSNBC had an interview with a U-2 pilot at an undisclosed base...and showed some close-ups of the plane.....ALL US insignia have been covered, and the plane has big white "UN" painted on the tail.......

That was a communication sattelite that was launched.
They probally need to move some stuff around and don't want to be seen. I think we ought to let them take the first shot just to get this show going!

Scuds on the move?

Thats the first thing I thought. One of the challenges of the modern battle field is to control the number of objects flying/dropping through the same space at the same time.

"Just waiting on that moonless night."
There isn't another moonless night I heard until the end of March. Can you see us waiting until then? I certainly hope not.

The first munitions to detonate are going to be e-bombs. With radar sites knocked out, The only thing coming up from the ground will be unguided flak.
Moon or no moon, they won't be able to touch us. Although I am sure the pilots would prefer darkness.

Exactly, the whole news moon thing is somewhat a red herring. Technology has advanced sufficently, and besides, why bother waiting for a time when the Iraq's will be most prepared?
To: Cyber Liberty
I am with you -- they will go with or without the moon -- why telegraph that we have to go on the new moon?
Things are heating up!
