I believe that. Didn't want to say it yet though. This is a very weird setup with the dems right now. I hope their conscious is still in tact as far as this procedure on the unborn.

"As for PB Abortion from my sources this will pass and be signed before Easter."

I sure hope you're right. It's been much too long in coming. Could Cheney help with the vote on this?

IMO, Cheny's help is not required for PBA ban. The issue IS on the public mind, contrary to DEM objections (and in contrast to Estrada nomination which the public is ignorant of). Pure public/political pressure is in favor of PBA getting passed.

I can't believe it is even debated. I want to kick the female Senators who defend the killing of near-born, innocent humans.

The female senators will answer to God one day. Only wish we could all hear it. However, only (they alone) with God will.

That's terrific! I wish they had done more of the prep work I had recommended, but this is still wonderful.

Should I take a bow?

By all means, after Cheney demands the vote and it is (more or less) immediately taken, per your suggestion.

Yes, the male ones will answer, too. That's a given. Can't just ONE democrap *think* about that aspect, in the hereafter, for one second and have a change of heart?

Don't you think an evil piece of trash like Boxer would get EXCITED about the chance to see babies killed?

I honestly believe it would thrill her to watch the procedure. The woman is heartless, bloodless and pure evil - well, not PURE evil, because then she would be named Hillary.

I proudly admit to being profoundly influenced by my (christian) religious beliefs, but it doesn't take religion to see the wrong in killing near-born, innocent babies.

Roe v. Wade was bad law. They should have left it to the states.

I agree. So do Justices Scalia and Thomas.

Unfortunately, there are five current Justices who seem prepared to go to whatever lengths are necessary to strike down any restrictions whatsoever on abortion. 30 states have attempted to ban partial birth abortion, to no avail. I suspect that if this bill passes, the SCOTUS will find a way to declare it unconstitutional too.

You're absolutely right about Boxer. She's really a bloodthirsty b**** alright. (Can't stand to look at her or listen to her.)

But could someone please tell me what provision of the US Constitution gives Congress any authority over this issue?

This is the trouble with pretending -- as do many libertarians, unfortunately -- that everything's a matter of "Privacy" or "Free Speech".

The mother-only right to homicide is as justifiably a matter of "privacy" as the special protection of for-profit faked-Cyber childporn is a matter of "Free Speech".

Could you parse this for me?

Thanks in advance.

Boxer is amazed there is no womens health exception.

"Health" is the key word. A woman's "health" is a waxen nose that can be shaped to mean just about anything. Notice that they do not say, "woman's life exception," which would be quite a different matter.

The SC changed that
