Boxer is amazed there is no womens health exception. "Health" is the key word. A woman's "health" is a waxen nose that can be shaped to mean just about anything. Notice that they do not say, "woman's life exception," which would be quite a different matter.

"If the woman's life is in danger", would a partial birth abortion be deemed ok to perform if this is signed into law? And if it is, won't they all claim the mother's life is in endanger, thus making the law useless?
