By the time he gets moved in good, we'll be looking toward Iran or North Korea.

But I'm sure he'll be against those too? . . .

I thought it was the liberals that tried to form homeowners associations and have some fun with personal property rights?

Have you never heard of fighting fire with fire?!?

The war is going to be over before he has a chance to do anything.

I think we've found the perfect landmark for the President's Combat Air Patrol covering force to conduct their low level holding patterns over.

Wonder how the peace people ('pease people) would like to have their house sandwiched between a gun, hunting & taxidermy shop and a slaughterhouse?

Now that there has been fair warning, mybe John Ashcroft will storm the house and burn it down.

Gee, kinda like Waco?

Ashcroft is a far cry from Janet Reno.

I don't think so.

Sitting on three lots, it has enough space for a planned independent media center, prayer center and a lavish peace garden.

A lavish peace garden? LOL!

Nonsense. That is a friendly warning. When they get a good ol' Texas Threat it will be clear as a bell. Texans aren't big on subtlety or ambiguity. Or peace freaks.

You know, there sure is a lot of deep bull sh*t that comes out of Texas.

Your borders are being completely over run by literally millions of people that enter our country illegally, at will, routinely, that spit on your laws and sovereignty, people that have no respect for Texas, our borders, laws, and could care less about our sovereignty.

Why does that not ring your Texas bell?

You get a lien put against your house and would eventually be led away in shackles for not obey the deed to the property.

People in my neighborhood have to pay 50 bux a year for the homeowners assoc. As much as I think its stupid, its meant to maintain a nice area for my house.

Anyone who parks a car on blocks in the neighborhood is like a neon sign like you say. They will get a lien, be told to remove the car or face worse. Now this has been used for wrong like US flags, 8 ft fencing as opposed to 6 ft fencing and other small and insignificant infractions, it can be enforced for good use by decent people

In other words, you still need the authorities to enforce the agreements.

BTW, speaking as an ex-president of a homeowner's association, no one will be led away in shackles, your fight ends with a lien against the mortgage, even if you sue the offending homeowner, and you win. In rare cases, you may get the bank to call in the note based on that lien.

That means that if the guy next door to you trashes his house, puts cars up on blocks in his driveway, and lets the paint chip off, the best you can usually do is lien his property and make it difficult for him to sell it.

Meanwhile, your house depreciates in value at an incredible clip.

I think the good people of Crawford ought to park a few old mobile homes adjacent to the property. Real good tornado bait.

They have property around the house and want to build other building for their cause?...maybe and maybe not. If the city fathers don't give permits for the buildings...it isn't gonna happen. Or the city fathers could make so many demands to get the permits...the guy just might give up. And getting a nun to live in the house?? What's up with that? Hiding behind the skirts of the church? I thought all these liberals are always screaming the separation of church and state. Oh wait...that's just for the rest of us. Oh OK....NOT!

"We're in the infantile stages right now,"

There. Somehow that must have accidentally been truncated.
Now it's correct.

"If the people of Iraq try to speak out," he said, "they have their tongues cut out by the brutal regime."

what does this have to do with anything? its been goign on for decades.

I think I sense your sarcasm, but . . .

The point was that this knucklehead is turning democracy on it's head. He's rallying for peace for Iraq, which is held hostage by the Tyrant Saddam. If they exercise 'free speech' they get cut or killed. This Peacenik Goober would have them maintained under Tyranny that is Saddam Hussein under the guise of exercising his freedom of speech. Ridding Iraq of Saddam would give them free speech and loose them from his grip . . .

You know, there sure is a lot of deep bull sh*t that comes out of Texas.

There is a lot of everything that comes out of Texas, starting with Presidents.

Your borders are being completely over run by literally millions of people that enter our country illegally, at will, routinely, that spit on your laws and sovereignty, people that have no respect for Texas, our borders, laws, and could care less about our sovereignty.

This from a resident of the Peoples Republik of Kalifornia?
You clowns have more invaders per mile of border than Saddam Husein is about to have.

Then again the Mexican invaders will probably do a better job of governing Kalifornia than the current population has done.
France wouldn't elect the clowns y'all have chosen.
Texans are the butt of jokes about arogance.
Kalifornians are the butt of jokes about being stupid.

Why does that not ring your Texas bell?

Because we have been invaded by Mexico before, and we know how to deal with it.
