The present situation resembles others from the past. The two world wars and the Cold War witnessed the demonizing of ethnic minorities, the muzzling of the press, the equation of criticism with subversion, and Washington's shortsighted support for and arming groups such as the current regime in Iraq. Have people forgotten those painful lessons? What lesson of WW II would that be? That we should have let Hitler control half the world and kill seven million MORE people?
It looks to me like the left is getting increasingly desparate. Now they are complaining about World War II?!?!

While there have always been external threats to our security, I now feel more threatened by my own government's arrogance, by . . . Congress . . . and by the judiciary. Read and reflect on what this moron is saying. He literally thinks George Bush, Denny Hastert and Antonin Scalia are more of a threat to him than Osama Bin Laden, Saddam Hussein and Kim Jong-il.
