A quick Blix preview comment.
It will be interesting to contrast President Bush's no-nonsense approach to eliminating the threat posed by Iraq with that of the Blixter -- and how the media will spin his "report".
The media elite stuck in a clintonista time-warp will welcome the Blix report for its style not its substance. Those living in the post-911 present will focus on the substance not its style.

Thanks for the thread and the bump Howlin. Good morning everybody! I am in full FReep uniform this morning, so Blixie can't body slam me again with his traitorous report. Got my little flag to wave and my tinfoil hat.
Any other uniform ideas?? :^)

(Which one will lose? Depends on what I choose or maybe which voice...I ignore.)
hans/blix's voice sounds like the one at the end of "Dr. No" saying "Five minutes and counting..."

Until today I gave this asshole the benefit of the doubt, now I say he is an absolute asshole, a complete fool being used by Saddam as a tool to fog up the issue

Ole COMRADE Han, true to form. He wants to talk to the ones envolved in the nuke weapom program? Never mind, OUR troops will talk to them. This UN is a joke and it is no more than to get even with W for putting it on the UN when he spoke to them.
To: Howlin
The similarity between HANS and CLINTON is amazing!!!!TALK,TALK ,TALK and say nada!!!Yes or NO? Is Iraq co-operating? " It all depends on what the definition of co-operation is...." " Yes, and No".....maybe so!!! BLAH BLAH BLAH!!!!
To: Howlin
Why do I get the impression that Blix would answer a "yes-no" question with a ten-page "explanation"?
To: Howlin
Blix couldn't find his mother in a roomful of robots! This excruciatingly pathetic and painful farce has gone on long enough. Is there not one solitary bit of intelligence left in the entirety of the UN? We have to get out of the UN and into Iraq -- now! Damn the torpedoes...!

This is all diplo-speak, and largely a waste of time.

08:23 PST (AP) -- It was ElBaradei's strongest statement in support of Iraqi cooperation.
"In the past three weeks, possibly as a result of ever-increasing pressure by the international community, Iraq has been forthcoming in its cooperation," ElBaradei said. "I do hope that Iraq will continue to expand the scope and accelerate the pace of its cooperation."
He reported again that in the area of nuclear weapons, inspections were moving forward.
"After three months of intrusive inspections, we have to date found no evidence or plausible indication of the revival of a nuclear weapons program in Iraq."

08:16 PST (AP) -- Mohamed ElBaradei of the International Atomic Energy Agency also took a swipe at U.S. intelligence, saying his analysis now definitively showed that suspect aluminum tubes were not destined for equipment that could be used to refine uranium for nuclear weapons use.
"Extensive field investigation and document analysis have failed to uncover any evidence that Iraq intended to use these 81mm tubes for any project other than the reverse engineering of rockets," ElBaradei said.
ElBaradei also told the council that the IAEA found no evidence to support reports that Iraq tried to buy uranium from Niger.
"Based on thorough analysis, the IAEA has concluded, with the concurrence of outside experts, that documents which formed the basis for the reports of recent uranium transactions between Iraq and Niger are in fact not authentic," he said. "We have therefore concluded that these specific allegations are unfounded."

We shouldn't expect anything from these bozos. After the fall of the Soviet Union, these socialists have been scared to death of the U.S.'s power and will do anything to limit it.
Countries like France, Germany and Russia quake at the prospect of being folded into America's "heartland."
But the world has changed and they can't keep up. Their only power is to stall and obstruct.
When the pie is divided, they'll be left with their hands out and empty.
