To begin the day, I would suggest that all read the thread entitled "Manifesto For A New America," which was posted last night by mandingo republican. We should always remember the greater context in which we oppose those who seek to take away our freedoms.

Should be a very interesting day
An interesting day would be a 24 7 filibuster led by Frist
TLBSHOW
and the sad truth is the new Republican Senate leaders have not been willing to do what it takes to make the Estrada filibuster a newsworthy event.

How does it go, one hour of business, then must vote on cloture motion?
That would put the vote at 10:30 or so. My guess is 55 votes. Will be protracted process of taking yeas and nays, going through DEM caucus.
