How does it go, one hour of business, then must vote on cloture motion?

That would put the vote at 10:30 or so. My guess is 55 votes. Will be protracted process of taking yeas and nays, going through DEM caucus.

I think vote is 48 hours after asking for cloture. That would be sometime this evening. Anyone know for sure?

Another question, does anyone know whether 48 hours notice is required for every future cloture vote?
