I think vote is 48 hours after asking for cloture. That would be sometime this evening. Anyone know for sure?

Another question, does anyone know whether 48 hours notice is required for every future cloture vote?

Will Byrd honor two centuries of Senate precedence, or will he sell his soul to the Hillary Democrat's slash and burn win at all costs gambit?

I don't know, but I have a school concert to attend this evening so hope they attend to it before or after I have to be gone. LOL

The "48 hour" thing probably came from one of my posts, where I said "nominally 48 hours." The exact delay between making the motion and voting depends on when the motion is offered. If the motion had been offered at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, then it would be 48 hours.

Kind of like Good Friday and Easter, on the third day he rose again. But the time elapsed was not three 24 hour days.

The Dems don't have to bluff, the Republicans have already telegraphed their intention to fold. Same song, different bandleader.
