A question (Vanity)

Have the UN Inspectors ever demanded that Iraq allow examination of their missiles deployed within striking distance of Kuwait, Northern Iraq, etc? Seems to me that not examining deployed weaponry is incompetent (not unexpected considering we are talking of the UN).

"...demanded..."

Seems the only thing the UN is demanding is that the US play the wuss along with them.

It is my understanding that the "inspectors" are not "allowed" to visit ANY site that was not listed by Iraq in it's (false) declaration. This little known fact shows again that this is all a farce and that Colin Powell was "snookered". The inspections are being conducted under the rules and procedures established under UN Sec Cncl Res 1284 (1998 or 99). This resolution was negotiated by US/UK versus Fr/Russia and established Hans Clouseau Blix as the chief weapons inspector.
