It is my understanding that the "inspectors" are not "allowed" to visit ANY site that was not listed by Iraq in it's (false) declaration. This little known fact shows again that this is all a farce and that Colin Powell was "snookered". The inspections are being conducted under the rules and procedures established under UN Sec Cncl Res 1284 (1998 or 99). This resolution was negotiated by US/UK versus Fr/Russia and established Hans Clouseau Blix as the chief weapons inspector.
