Time to play a song, eh?
Exercise for the day: Play the C Major scale from the third fret of the A string all the way up the neck, that would be D on the 22nd fret of yer LP, and back down. Go up one way and descend a different way. For added fun, say the notes out loud as you go!
Now, have at it!
BTW. Look at the neck while you do it. It's a visual exercise. No Jimi Hendrix coolness points awarded for lookin' away.
