"They are only waiting for permission from the heroic commander." Translation: They're firing up the Ouija board right now.

I thought France outlawed hate speech on the internet. Apparently they allow exceptions.

Here's the article for the excerpted impaired:
WASHINGTON Osama bin Laden's supporters say an attack inside America is imminent.
"The operations have already been set and the lions have taken their positions and everything is complete," says the message that first appeared Monday on an Arabic Web site in France. "They are only waiting for permission from the heroic commander."
He's Such a Philosopher
The announcement has a picture of bin Laden holding an assault rife. He is labeled "the philosophical leader" of the Islamic movement.
The message appeared on alfjr.com and on arabforum.com. The Paris-based alfjr.com has often carried messages said to be from bin Laden and other al-Qaeda leaders.
Another picture of bin Laden, one with an image of the World Trade Center in flames, precedes the message. "The train of death is on its way ... nothing will stop its riders," says the exhortation, and "the faithful" await an order from their commander.
The message threatens pro-American Arab and Muslim leaders with dire consequences.
"Die with your errors ... with your anger ... o gangs of unjust rulers ... all of you are big slaves and small slaves, you and your masters."
The message addresses al-Qaeda terrorists as "heroic soldiers of the Truth" who have "taken their positions and raised their swords and they shielded themselves with the protection and support of God."
It tells ordinary Muslims to support their "brethren ... with supplications." It asks Muslims to pray for the victory of those "who have gone to fight the enemies of Islam."
"It is only a matter of a few days, a little more, before the enemy is defeated and this dark night is over," the message says.

The gubbmint is playing with the Muslim mind (is that an oxymoron?). The alert levels have nothing to do with protecting us peons and everything to do with faking out the enemy. Got any of that tin foil left?

Those Muslims who do not denounce this threat must be treated as though they agree with it, and should therefore be treated as though they themselves were terrorists. Period.
If you do not disagree verbally with this terrorism talk, then you agree with it. Period.
We need Muslims with voices to denounce this!

Where are the moderate Muslims? Why are they silent?

I'm beginning to think Osama owns stock in a duct tape company. OK, so just as the terror alert status is reduced from magenta to ecru, along comes another terror threat. Muslims must be laughing their turbans off at how easy it is to pull our collective chain. Maybe if we just kicked all Muslims out of the US, we could breathe a little easier. And conquering Iraq isn't going to make a gnat's ass difference in terrorist activities.

Short of Bill Clinton's administration, I can't think of any group more discredited than al-Qaida.
