GAROFALO: Yes, but I don't know that his neighbors think he's a threat now. In fact, I think a lot of people would say his dastardly deeds peaked in the late '80s.
This is where I stopped reading.

Evidently this bimbo (apologies to Bimbos the world over) has never heard to old saying: "Better to be quiet and thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt."

I saw this interview, this morning, and I was really impressed by the way Tony Snow conducted it. He gave Garofalo every opportunity to show that her judgements were based on reasoned consideration of the facts. But she couldn't keep from going back to slogans from a by-gone era.
To: Howie66
Anytime I see FOX pimping one of her appearences I make sure to tune in. How anyone can interview her and keep a straight face is beyond me?

Oh, I just spit. Sorry. She kind of held-up until here, then she went loopy.
After that, the irrational emotionalism you'd expect from a leftie fanatic.

The Truth About Rats and Dogs?
To: SubMareener
Excuse me - she is a no-talent hack that tried to be a comedian and bombed at that - NOW she's glad the 'Hollywood' factor isn't being brought in when discussing her? The only movie she was in SUCKED and FLOPPED. And her most memorable (albeit sickening) interview was when she told Rolling Stone she was addicted to sex. So memorable in fact, I bet I don't get one response that says anyone ever heard of it. STFU already!!!!!

"Why, Garth...I do believe she is Skank-a-rific!"
To: InHisService
This woman is an obvious nitwit. But why is Fox the only network that exposes her for the nitwit she is? When idiots like this appear on Larry King or the other news networks they are handed puff ball questions and given enough spin so they look half way credible.

Thanks so much for the post of this transcript. I really got a kick out of reading it.
"GAROFALO: What are you -- I know as much for a fact as you guys know for a fact. I know as much as anybody who has access to information on the Internet, a library, satellite dish, international news. Obviously a DU subscriber....and a complete loon.

But she couldn't keep from going back to slogans from a by-gone era.
She used to present herslef as some ultra-cynical GenXer who had nothing but contempt for the aging Hollywood leftist hippy establishment, but I guess she sold out the second she saw an oppurtunity to join them.
To: InHisService
A typical leftist ploy. Agree, but add the caveat that others are guilty as well, so that Garofalo can implicate moral equivalency between the US and Saddam. Totally ridiculous and childish. And no, I don't remember her, Sarandon, or Robbins protestign Klinton in 1998 because it did not happen.
To: FryingPan101
You're very welcome. I didn't even feel the need to comment on her statements because, well, she left enough rope to hang herself with. I wonder if the glasses she had on were designed to make her look more intelligent?
To: InHisService
Snow went after her pretty good, Wish she would do O'Riely(sp) and really get shown to be the Fool.
Watch the Replay, it's pretty amusing

What a complete bubble head this bimbo is.
She must carry a tire gauge in her purse to check the pressure once a day.

When's the replay?
To: rhodyrep
I agree. I also got great pleasure out of seeing little Susie (rottencrotch) Sarandon and that moron that used to be on M*A*S*H....(whatever*the*hell*his*name*is), and had to laugh that these people actually think that they are to be taken seriously.
If stupidity were a crime, better than half of these Hollywood dipsticks would be serving life without parole.
