Hurrah for the good guys!
Both of these guys are friends of mine at the local shooting club (Central Arkansas Shooting Association), and place top 50 every month out of 100 of us in (IDPA or (Int'l Defensive Shooting Assn) events.
These guys are proof positive that gun control is hitting what you aim at!
I found out through a cop friend of mine that these two were known criminals who were trying to re-establish their credibility in a local gang and had were both either on parole or some sort of probation.
Good riddance criminals!
Great shooting guys!
Everyone who carries a defensive-firearm should join and use a shooting club regularly!

As a fellow arkansawyer a high five to the good guys. Maybe this will help our bill to allow concealed carry in resturants and parks to get passed. I'm sorry two people had to die but I look at this in a rational way. I do not ever desire to have to kill in self-defense but it is the fault of the agressor that forces me to do so. I have the moral standing in such a situation.

They deserve a thank you from all of us that will "not" be prey to the two dead criminals in the years to come.

Tell your friends congrats for a job well done! Maybe I over-embellished...they are aquaintences, but are truely, "firearm-friends" that I see once a month at the range. I will tell them good job, and I hope that Randall gets his Kimber Pro CDP II back from the LRPD.

200 rounds a week at the local indoor range, 50 sitting in a chair (seated in car or resturant) , 50 sitting on the ground, (fallen or knocked down) , 50 for presentation and speed and tactical /speed reloads practice from a conceiled carry rig, 50 for accuracy. IDPA competition every other Sunday evening to practice skills and learn new ones.
Go home and reload next weeks "practice and competition " ammo....repeat as needed :o)
With a CHL and the RKBA comes a responsibility to use it properly. Glad these guys did such.........
Stay Safe !

. I'm sorry two people had to die but I look at this in a rational way.I'm not sorry - two down, lots more to go. This is the ideal application of capital punishment - cheap, instant, and these two guys are permanently deterred. (Soon to be interred!)

i love a happy ending.

I do about the same practice routine except I do 50 lying on the ground. If I get knocked down I might as well have the advantage of shooting from the most stable position :^)
