For what it's worth, my take is that the Iraqi's are supplying Bin Laden's buddies with biological and chemical weapons and probably are asking no questions as to where or who they will be used on. I doubt there is direction from Iraq to Al Qaeda on specifics. One report posted here in the past few days says Iraq has its own terrorists in the US separate from Al Qaeda. Saddam is the supplier of terror weapons to other radical Islamists, just like France and Germany are suppliers of technology to Iraq. Isn't world commerce great? (< /sarcasm>)
