Fox News Channel announced that President Bush will be speaking from the Greenbriar, WV resort at 11AM. They will be carrying his speech live.

This resort is noteworthy because back during the Cold War, a large subterranian bunker was under the resort to protect members of Congress from a nuclear attack.

David Kay on MSNBC phone says you believe Iraq only if you believe they live by the rule of law.

He thinks Blix was more the cautious lawyer and Elbaradei was leaping to represent that the hearts and minds of the Iraqis has changed for the better and he says one should not trust so much (very general paraphrase).

Alex Witt on MSNBC asks Kay if these documents could be doctored. She is sounding a skeptical note---as well she should. Both Kay and Witt pointing out that the previous documents now have been proven to have been deceptive. Witt saying what would keep Iraq from lying. Kay agrees do not trust them. Kay says interviews conducted in hotel rooms, for example will NOT be private, they will be monitored. Kay says this is a real joke. Typical time-consuming ploy to use against the UN.

Blix says Iraq will take inspectors to suspect sites re: anthrax, VX...Blix going against Bush..says there is NO presumption that Saddam has WMD, as the President has said. Blix says Iraq's change of heart changes everything. Iraqi official on later to give his view of what he thinks. Russia going along with France and Germany plan.
