Odd, after they announced this, the market started rising sharply. One would expect the oppositeYesterday the market rose sharply during Powell's remarks then fell back as the other nations failed to lend support. Appears the market may now favor a war in Iraq over this prolonged period of pre-war uncertainty.

Slick Willie will be on Larry King tonight for the entire hour...
First time in my life I can ever or will ever say THANK GOD FOR MICHAEL JACKSON!!!
The masses will tune into Jackson interview and no one will see Larry or Bill.

HA! I knew those canned speeches were written well before the Powell presentation! I bet you the intelligence they got AFTER the speech opened everyone's eyes real quick!

Duh! I pinged you in response to my ping! Well, I guess being a non-useful idiot is better than being a useful idiot!

A report the Iraq is moving toward the Kuwait border has surfaced and I would imagine a threat from Washinton is in order,
This is the same senario as in the mid 90s!
Saddam is pulling the same crap again.

I don't know if this is a stupid question, but why the new moon? Can some/most/all of our planes fly higher than their antiaircraft batteries? And do bombs guided by GPS need to have the new moon?

...reports Tony Blair said there will be no UN veto's on a second Iraq resolution...What is the second Iraq resolution? That Iraq is in material breach? Or the authorization of the use of force?

Moonset 22:22 I have been thinking about this more. Though it is rare for this President to address the nation, and I initially felt he would be annoucing military action underway, I now feel this will be more of a warning to the UN; act or we will.
