Britain is messed up when it comes to citizens' rights

No,they're not. They don't have citizens rights because they don't have citizens. They are subjects, not citizens.

Sounds like it. Anotherwords unless you're flat on your back with a gun in your mouth, you aren't allowed to pick up a gun and take out someone who has come in your home to do evil. Hello!!! If this were the rules of the game, nobody could own anything. The economy would die by about 75% as nobody would spend any money to purchase more than an old broken down chair and a 12" black and white television. What are these people on, crack?

It is important to understand exactly why this is happening.

There are those willing to make sacrifices for freedom, and pacifists who will do the same for an illusion of peace. Lethal force, or any lesser form of defense, is as offensive to the left as their beliefs are to us. Pacifism is admirable but an illogical principle so long as humans prey upon one another--an unfortunate, uniform fact of history.

We can guarantee the right to defense will allow every individual to protect their lives. The left can make no such claim when their principles are imposed; they demand sacrifice to a deluded vision of reality.

When he gets released he needs to cart his ass over here, we need all the Tony Martins we can get...

How will he get a green card? The quota for white Englishmen is nearly zero. Remember "diversity" is your friend....

I read life at the bottom. I work in an American psychiatric hospital. We are not quite as bad as the British...yet.

I figure that someone will assert that he gave his house to the robber, and then broke in to take it back, using the gun to further his robbery.

That way your sentence would be less than if you used the gun to stop the crime or to protect your life.

At least the second time you do it you will have a record, which will help with getting out early.

I don't think our problem is that our countries are multiracial. I think a few people in every minority community that want to get "special" rights for themselves. The first hate crime law was the first step down and ever steepining slope. When people stop thinking about laws that are good for everyone, and start thinking about special interst legislation, thats where the injustices and civil rights violations are being born from.

When assault stopped being simply assault for every single person in the country, we took the step down that slope
