Jeffords' lousy behavior last night: must be a bitter, bitter man (hehehehe)

Sen. Jim Jeffords sat between Sens. Kerry and Shumer. Hard to spot in this photo of the moment when Speaker Hastert introduced the President. Look to the far right of the photo, three rows back. Kerry is turned to his left, and is talking to Sen. Chris Dodd (full head of white hair). Jeffords is to Kerry's right. He did not clap at that moment, or at any time that it was possible to notice when the camera swung that way. He sat through most of the speech, seldom getting up.

Jumpin' Jim looked glum like one really miserable fella, hehehehe.
Of course, in the far lower right of the photo, just behind the Joint Chiefs, Hillary Clinton has her back completely turned to the President, and Joe Lieberman is partly turned looking over his left shoulder. One expects such behavior from hard Left Dems, but one would also think that Jeffords would at least have it in him to clap politely.

I thought the overall behavior of the dims was repulsive, at one point Ted(I need a drink) Kennedy looked like he was sleeping!
I hope the repubs don't behave like that, ever.

"Axis of Acords." I love it!...
I noticed that Hildebeast clapped last night, but her facial expression looked like that of a spoiled child not getting her way. Why bother applauding when it's obvious you don't mean it.

TV is just grand, isn't it. All these people caught in the act of being themselves, as they used to say on Candid Camera.

"I thought the Bush administration basically wrote the UN resolution?"
Kinda like the look you get when you tell your 13 year old daughter she has to thank Granny for the pearl necklace she got for Christmas.

She has to be the most bitter woman on the face of the earth. What a b%tch! A real ill tempered woman.

I saw him once when he was actually clapping -- he seemed to be having trouble with his dexterity. Could be he's been suffering from a kind of dementia, over the last few years...
...may stem from repeated renditions of "Elvira," with the Singing Senators.
I hope that didn't drive even more people out of the GOP.

And did you see Tom subtlety-of-the-bomb Daschle, scowling? Looked like he was trying out for the part of Grima Wormtongue.
