I like him. I listen to his show, but I don't agree with everything he says. If he gets all worked up because someone here disagreed with him, then maybe he needs a new career.

No, but I have had posts pulled, and I don't cry. The "You pulled my post...it's call FREE Republic, and you pulled my post, whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" routine gets old. And most of whiners are FReeloaders who never donate a nickel.

I used to post more often but I've been attacked with personal slams for my thoughts and I'm only a lurker most of the time now.

I even feel the moderators leave a lot to be desired. They pull many hot topics that are also religious in nature and bury them on the Religious page.

I've been critical of Sean but never on FR. I listen to him all the time when I'm in the car. There is no way that Sean should expect people to agree with him on everything he does or says. I personally don't like the way he interrupts his guests and callers but that is neither here nor there. The boy has got to be able to take some criticism without whining about it.

I soo understand what you are saying. But really, isn't that just like the "real world." I've been bashed...and MAD about it too. But I look at it this way: I can't control what other people think and say. I wouldn't even want to. If they say samething about ME, it is only true if it IS true. That's something only I can know. So I try to look at it minus the emotion, evaluate it on the facts, learn from the truthful part and discard the rest. It's not always easy, but it is always necessary if you want to survive in this world without either being crushed and bruised or choosing to hide from everyone.

You know, life goes on. I have to feel comfortable with the person I see in the mirror everyday, and if that doesn't please everyone then it just doesn't. I still plan on being a happy person (I might feel sorry for myself here and there, lol, but...).

I can't say that I have ever disagreed with Sean, with the possible exception of how he "adores" Col Hack so much, but continues to disagree with him. Mainly we like you Sean, and agree with most everything you say. FreePers are on your side.

I agree with you, Bella. I don't think I've ever had a post pulled, but this site is private property where we guests are made welcome and help create its attractiveness. I have no problem accepting the decisions of the owner.

However, re Sean -- it sounds as though what he objected to was not mere disagreement. Evidently there was nasty stuff said. Makes sense to pull that.
