Who chose him for an inspector? Seems anyone given such as sensitive job should be well scrutinized. Then we have another inspector now who is into pain and bondage and who knows what all (someone said it might be Jack McGeorge?).

"Seems like a good (?) lawyer would have a field day with those charges all of which are easily defended. Maybe that had something to do with the plea bargain. In these type of cases most of the punishment is the publicity surrounding the arrest."These types of internet stings have been around for years. Allowing the perp to believe he's convinced you to let him...uh...meet with you is in effect catching him in the act. He HAS a defense lawyer...I'd say he pleaded guilty to a lesser charge in order to avoid publicity.
HOWEVER, he had been caught TWICE when procedings proceded. The firing of the assistant DA for "breaking procedure" in this type of case, combined with the DA's admission that sealing the records of sex offenders is highly irregular only makes it seems as though a guilty perp was caught, and big time strings were pulled to hush it up.
It IS irregular: there are LAWS on the books to protect neighborhood children from repeat offenders...and if Ritter had gotten caught a THIRD time, WITH the record sealed...he would have had to be tried as a first time offender, if NY State law works like that of most states.

Typically the result of such stings is not a jail term and they are often plea bargained to probation unless there is more evidence of worse misdeeds.
How would you like to see this guy show up at an inspection and the host country (Iraq) kick him out for being a child molester? LoL.

"How do I copy pictures to the site?"If you're using a Windows machine, right click on the image and click "Proterties". The URL of the picture will be there. Highlight and copy it.
Type <A HREF="http://209.17.95.115/images2/Scott.gif"> with the image address between the quotes.
Note there are NO extra spaces except for the one between "A" and "HREF" you see in the example.

This should minimize his air time for the next 6 months.
Who'd be dumb enough to schedule this "expert" for an interview, under this cloud?

"It does not bother us that Ritter is a pervert, nor the nature of his crime."It bothers me. When my two daughters first started cruising chat rooms, I was PETRIFIED some pervert was going to dupe them into telling him where they lived or went to school or whatever.
THEY thought I was being paranoid and overprotective...
BOTTOM LINE: real kids are really victimized by perverts who first get to them online. That's why there are stings like the one Ritter was caught in. Ritter proved himself to be just such a pervert by setting up the meeting and showing up for it, in the hopes of getting his....well, you're favorite term here....with a teenaged girl.
I'm disgusted at Rush for making light of it, but then, I don't believe he has and children.

"How would you like to see this guy show up at an inspection and the host country (Iraq) kick him out for being a child molester? LoL."Think they'd kick a child molestor out of a country where the young men live to die so they can have their way with 72 "virgins"...(I never got that...there's a little LOGISTICAL problem with the APPLICATION of this fantasy they all drool for) ather than setting down with a live woman...or two or three. Greedy little buggers, aren't they?

It would only be for show. Like Saddam charging a man with murder.
Islamaniacs fear women and shudder at the thought of being alone with one. They fear their sexuality. Any culture which imposes clitorectomies must doubt the ability of its men to satisfy its women. Thus, the 72 virgin routine is standard boasting from impotent little worms.
To: BufordP
Wouldn't it be easier to just right click the photo, click properties, and copy the url listed there? !!! No need to chase down the name in the source................Doesn't doing this work faster........

STILL makes me wonder about what Ritter might have gotten into while he was IN Iraq all those years...I've also believed for years that Islam attracts young non-Arab men who have the same anxieties and performance problems...at least as far as women go. I'm not saying he secretely converted to Islam and is posing as a Christian...just that he LOOKS like the type who would be attracted to Islamic culture...and when in an Islamic country being wined and dined by it's dictator...

Maybe he's not French, but if he does time and he puckered real nice, he'd look cute in a French maid's apron.

The toilet sound you hear is Scott Ritter's credibility being flushed.
To: justshutupandtakeit
What felonies? I for one don't know.
But I know in the court of public opinion, he has been thoroughly discredited and is most likely thought of as a real pervert.
Public-opinion-wise, he's finished. Forever.

My guess is that with this in his background (and you can be pretty sure the Iraqi secret police figured out his penchant while he was over there pre-1998), his turn is the result of having been shown footage of himself cavorting with teen, and perhaps even pre-teen, lovelies (?) in Iraq while the guest of Saddam. This boy has been blackmailed, and when he didn't produce the results his blackmailers wanted, outed. Ritter is not only toast, he's burned toast!
