Gephardt wants the "Bob Dole Commemorative Golden Handshake Booby Prize Nomination" and perhaps, just perhaps, might pull it off.

I'm still hoping Snoopy or Pat Paulsen will make their announcements. Maybe Michael Jackson, or Elvis.

Isaw Gephardt on TV tonight at a fundraiser and he said he would "If I'm elected President I will repeal ALL of the 2001 Tax Cut" .... ROFLMAO, Wasn't Dukakis the last democRATS who campaigned on raising taxes? LOL,

Then I heard Kerry say "We need to move our Party to the LEFT," Gov. Dean said "Democrats would have won the mid-term elections if we voted against George W. Bush's policies and the Iraq Resolution to give the President the authority to use force against Iraq"

These Democrats in high gear towards irrelevancy

Hart 19%

It's hard to take this poll seriously with that many for Hart.

Not only that, they only polled 480 people. That makes the sample size 0.000001665% of the country's population of 290 million. Not significant at all.

Al Sharpton has a 55% unfamiliar rating, followed by Kerry (41%), Hart (23%), Lieberman (18%) and Gephardt (17%).

Note that Gary Hart is nearly as well known as Lieberman and Gephardt, even though he hasn't been in the news for twenty years. What do we suppose people remember Gary Hart for?

Just wag your finger and say you didn't have sex with her

Easy for me to understand, there are a lot of Iowa Rat peaceniks, they miss George McGovern, and his campaign lackey from 1972 is the next best thing. Those idiots are super-nostalgic for thirty years ago, the last time they looked good and got any.

Speaking of bimbos, I think we need to start the "John Kerry Bimbo Eruption Pool." The object would be to guess in which week between now and the Democratic Convention, it comes out that Mr. Kerry has been putting his pickle in jars that don't say Heinz.

Whats so funny is that all the former Naderites and hardcore types are all twitchy over Dean. Dean, Dean, Dean is all I hear from that direction. They are going to freak out if Gephardt, Hart, or Lieberman move to the front because they view those guys as DINO's.

Then you have Sharpton who is going to get a whole lot of sabotage crossover voters as well as peeling off a few percent on his own.

Lots of potential fracture zones there for the Democratic Party especially when Sharpton starts pushing for speech time and platform planks at the convention.

followed by North Carolina Senator John Edwards at 64%

OMG, he has spent a FORTUNE up there, even sent one of his staffers up there to work for the Iowa Dems.........PLUS donated a bazillion computers.

Sweet!

Notice he finished BELOW Al Sharpton.

But I do like this part: Six in ten of the likely Democratic voters surveyed said it is likely that President Bush will be re-elected
