I might not agree with what this person has to say, but is this really worthy of a zot? If his arguments are flawed, why don't we explain why they are flawed instead of simply banning him? There is nothing malicious in this posting, no slanderous statements regarding anyone, simply an emotional, flawed, but nontheless genuine expression of frustration and anger. I don't think that is worthy of a zot.

You will take criticism for this post. However the questions are legitimate and ones I have asked myself many times. I have answers, but they are too long to explain here. I have begun to answer them in thousands of pages I have written elsewhere.

USA GDP - per capita: purchasing power parity - $36,300 (2001 est.)
World Average GDP - per capita: purchasing power parity - $7,600 (2001 est.)
50 % of medical spending in the US comes from the government. Since we spend about twice as much as Socialist Europe on medical care, our public spending meets or exceeds spending in most Socialist nations.

In the past year, two companies have gone bust on me. I've been bankrupted three times by the companies going bust and having a divorce.
Yet the wealth gap does not make me want to scream. Why? Because I know in spite of the setbacks, if I persist, eventually I will join them. It means that I will have to be frugal. It means that I will have to improve my education, which taking the time out to do is not always easy to achieve. It will mean I'll have to work at jobs I don't like. In short, it will mean I'll have to take responsibility for myself.
People like you and the able-bodied young men I see lounging around on Upper Street who hit me up for change have nothing but my scorn and contempt. You want to hit me with higher taxation, punish me as I struggle to climb up the ladder, because you want to "scream". And when I do get there, you want to tell me I won't have deserved the fruits of my labour - rather, I'll have to keep paying you hush money.
What part of "go straight to hell you socialist pig" don't you understand?

Hey, I'm living the American dream. I worked two jobs so I could buy my first house for $1200. Put another $1000 into it and sold it for $12000 six months later. Continued working and earned my college degree. Twenty years later, my 5000 square foot home is paid for and I own two businesses. Quit whining and feeling sorry for yourself and get a better paying job or a second one.

I actually don't believe a word that you wrote is true regarding your life. $13k a wear people don't spend their free time discussing ideas, and values in my experience.
You get out of life what you put into it. Obviously, you need marketable skills or you will top out salary-wise at Wal-Mart in short order.
I suggest since you like computers that you learn a job that involves computers, at least data entry or customer service. That would open some higher doors with more training.
But since I don't believe your story anyway, you will disregard this advice.

I don't think that is worthy of a zot.I *might* agree, but for this telling bit of evidence:
A small observation, the last three years, there is one phrase I have yet to hear once from the White House or any type of media.
(Never mind, BTW, that this person can't count).

He deserves a zot for all the times I've restrained myself from kicking people like him into the gutter when they've asked me for change...right in front of stores that had "Help Wanted" signs.
