Rush's Plan to make Daschel's wife and ineffective lobbyist is GREAT!

I like the way Rush thinks when it comes to HARDBALL politics!

Rush's plan to Neuter Puff Daschel by having the House make Puff's wife a useless lobbyer is GREAT!

I didn't like the tease Rush was doing on it, but hearing the plan was worth the wait.

Anymore ideal about this plan? Think the Republicans in the House will go along with this?

Pass the word that Mrs. Dasshole, the lobbyist, is to not get any meetings with GOP Congressmen and that anything she lobbies for is DEAD ON ARRIVAL.

There is no reason on earth, other than treason, why any republican would do business with the wife of scum in the first place. If that's republican hardball, might as well go back to bed.

it's a stupid and childish plan. I have a much better one that can work:

if the missus plans to be effective (remember she makes more money than he does), then HE better start calming down and come to heel. Instead of using her to punish him, they should use her to coopt him.

This is the plan as I understand it. Someone help me out here if I have it wrong.

The plan is for Republicans in the Senate to have Republicans in the House stall every piece of legislation that Daschel's wife lobbies for. They would refuse to bring such legislation up for vote and in essence make Daschel's wife useless as a lobbyist. That would reduce the Daschel income by at least 4/5th. The idea is that if Daschel wants to play hardball to stall the Republican agenda, then the Republicans can attack Daschel through his wife's income.

Maybe they'll realize that they won some elections last Novermber and allegedly have a majority presence in the legislature. Then again, they are just politicians.
