He did the right thing indeed. He needs to continue to honor conservative blacks by not pandering to the liberals. The Republicans don't need the support of liberal blacks, they need to legitimize black conservatism.

Hey, love your tag line. And it is indeed a great day to be a Republican. W's speech was awesome. I only heard it on the radio and am looking forward to seeing it at 5:00 tonight. Then I was watching Brit Hume and he announced that Bush had renominated Pickering! Ha! I love it. Go get 'em W.

I was thrilled at the direct slam to trial lawyers and johnny edwards during the economic speech. It seemed to me that it got an awfully long applause.

Pelosi and everyone looked panicked stricken today. Good job there Nancy on trying to get out in front of the president. Hope you keep that little tactic going. It's working wonders for us.

On the other hand, ABC News Radio is so biased, it's unbelieveable. They already have a poll on W's economic package. Ha! Can you say push-poll or what?

And you know what? You will worry about him again at times and then he will do what he has done today...make you proud. He is the President of ALL the people, as he has said.
