A lot of moderate Blacks and some conservative Blacks were looking at how he would handle the Lott problem. He did the right thing for all of us!
He did the right thing indeed. He needs to continue to honor conservative blacks by not pandering to the liberals. The Republicans don't need the support of liberal blacks, they need to legitimize black conservatism.
