I'm not familar with the treason laws in this country, but I think these sickos are the modern equivalents of Nazi collaborators. Whether it's Hitler's key facilities or Saddam's they protect, they are aiding and abetting the enemy. I hope Tony Blair ensures they can never return to this country again.

Is their theory that we wouldn't kill enemy collaborators?
BWAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

There's another advantage to this, too: just as the left calls any non-military person who supports the war a "chickenhawk", we can now accuse everyone who opposes it of being a "chickendove" if they don't join these lunatics, throwing all the same arguments right back at them.

Nichols is willing to put his own life on the line to stop a war. 'In going to Iraq I understand that I will likely not survive a US invasion,' he said.Whatever.
(1) It's highly unlikely that his event-filled schedule will ever get him to Baghdad in time, and I'm sure he's planned it that way.
(2) Even if he ever got there, let's think hard shall we?
Were I an Iraqi, would I prefer to allow an American to just die in a bombing run, or would I prefer to tie him up and use him as a hostage?
Finally - do we really believe that the Turkish government will be as indulgent to these freaks as the Beligian one is likely to be? Not bloody likely. Good luck getting to Damascus from Istanbul.

Omitted above:
Kenneth Nichols has sought political asylum in the Netherlands, and renounced his U.S. citizenship.

I guess that makes him more a defector than a traitor. :)

'In going to Iraq I understand that I will likely not survive a US invasion,' he said. Sometimes these nuts actually say somthing right.

Some foreign object, no bigger than a period, crept into your link.
This one should work.

..."chickendove"....
I've been promoting the term "YellowStreak Democrat", as opposed to "Yellow Dog Democrat" or "the opposite"Blue Dog Democrat"
A yellow streak is one who wears a strip of yellow "Caution" tape pinned to the back of their suit collar and whines "Give Peace A Chance".

Can we pitch in to equip them with JDAM homing GPS devices? Nothing says "shut the hell up" like a 2000 lb precision guided munition impacting their back pocket.

"'I don't think anyone will be happy about bombing somewhere they see being protected by North Americans or Europeans,' he said. "Target rich environment, I'd say. Let there be no doubt that any in our military would be glad to take out the protesters, on foriegn soil, in the camp of the enemy.
Heck, I'd do it myself.
