Well, y'all know that I'm partial to the pictures of the First Couple!
I especially love the ones where they're in the middle of a crowd and all alone, so I'm posting a few of them!
Watch the hand, W! Love the way they lean into each other.....
I love this one!!!!
Messin' around in the hay together! hehe.....
I call this one 'Bus love'.....

My son got me a cardboard cutout of GWB 6 feet tall. He covered him with a sheet on Christmas Day. It did not take me long to figure out whose shoes were poking out of the green sheet. All day on Christmas my son would walk GWB to the kitchen while I was cooking, to the dining room while we ate dinner and the TV room as well. Kind of eerie--all of a sudden you get the feeling someone is watching you and LOL it is GWB. Never thought I would tire of the president but while going from the microwave and the oven GWB was in the way. LOL!! it turned out to be the second best present after my Bose radio/cd.

That green looks like the color in my laundry room! Rin, it's the mold that grows on her clothes that she's referring to. It gets that fuzzy thing going. UNLIKE your walls.

I leave some Christmas out year round. One item is a quote from Dickens.....something like...... I will keep Christmas in my heart and honor it the whole year through.....Don't remember it's exact wording. ...Decorations go up early in this ol' stable and usually don't all come down until spring. The tree, all twelve foot and 1,500 lights of it, will be coming down after epiphany, but the greenary and candles stay up. Then we decorate with springs flowers, birds and rabbits. Yes, I over do the spring, summer and fall decorations too.

This is a man who loves people, and loves life!!
We're heading for Tennessee tomorrow, so I won't be around for a few days!
Don't have too much fun without me!! :o)

When the kids were younger, one year we "threatened" to leave our fake tree up all year. Save the lights, obviously, but change decorations for the seasons. Dad put his foot down.......now I really regret not doing it anyway. Just one year, to have it up all 12 months would be something sooooo silly that those kids would look back on now. Ah well....!!!!
