President Bush and First Lady Laura departed Camp David today for Crawford, Texas, where they will ring in the New Year. The First Couple will return to the White House the weekend after the holiday. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

The special boxed set of FoTR on Amazon is $99. The ones we got were $25, and they have all kinds of 'extras.' I didn't find out all the bells and whistles that are on the expensive edition, but they must be pretty amazing!
I imagine when all is said and done, you'll be able to buy a special deluxe edition of the whole trilogy for $300.
I don't think we'll be buying that! :o)

Rintense, I have to share this. I got the greatest Christmas gift from my brother and his family. They surprised me with a life size poster of our President that my niece bought on eBay. If I knew how I would post the picture my husband took. It is just too great!! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and a Blessed New Year.
